Choose what to sell first
Start with items that have recognisable demand and are easy to photograph, describe and deliver or collect.
Price for the real market
Look at comparable sold items where available, not only optimistic asking prices. Include platform fees, postage and packaging.
Protect yourself
Use established platform payment processes, be cautious of unusual payment requests and do not disclose unnecessary personal information.
